The Mindful Tutor supports teens who are stuck and the parents trying to help…

Because parenting teens is a disorienting developmental stage for adults too.

What happens to executive functioning when adolescents are overwhelmed, emotionally flooded, sleep-deprived, anxious, avoidant, ashamed, digitally overloaded, or chronically pressured?

They shut down, and you are left holding it all.

Our team of executive functioning specialists helps parents understand what stress, pressure, and overwhelm are doing to modern adolescents, and how to respond in ways that restore connection, confidence, and momentum.

We Can Help.

What Sets Us Apart

Small By Design, built on respect, honest conversation, and genuine relationships.

What We Do

Working with the skilled coaches at Mindful, families can expect more clarity, less shame, and a more workable plan. Students begin to understand their own patterns and build tools for planning, starting, organizing, studying, and communicating. Parents learn how to support growth without becoming the full-time manager of school. Over time, the goal is not perfection. It is more independence, more resilience, and fewer daily battles.
